Warranty & Payment

Each piece is custom built. Therefore, payment is due upfront. For lighted pieces, the frame and photograph carry a lifetime warranty and the lights have a two year warranty (indoor use only). In 5 years of production, there has not been one issue with the lights. All art pieces are UL Certified and built with UL Listed parts, so creating a malfunction is close to impossible. The only “fix” that has been needed was a battery replacement for the remote control, which requires a CR2032 battery (around $10 for 6 of these).

Really, the only real cause for a piece to stop working is a power shortage (like getting struck by lightning), but that goes for all electrical appliances.

Shipping & Returns

All pieces of artwork take about 3-4 weeks to create. They are all shipped from the US. Returns are only allowed if there is a malfunction of the product (which none have been reported since the beginning of production 5 years ago). No alterations can be made of the wiring or exit areas for the electrical cords once cut.
