Framing and Mounting
Frame and Electrical Cord
Each piece is custom built. You have your choice of an aluminum or black frame. The frames are just under 2.5” in depth and all pieces are under 25 pounds.
The electrical cord can come out of the perimeter of the frame or directly through the back.
Oftentimes, the hole is cut directly through the back. This is especially great if you are hiring an electrician to install a new electric socket right behind your piece.
The electrical cords are white and are cut to the length you specify. You must have a 3 prong outlet.
Please note that once the hole is cut or the length of cord is specified, you cannot change it.
Photographs
All photographs are printed on a special substrate to allow light to shine through it. The sizes and weights are as follows:
36 inches wide x 24 inches tall (14 lbs)
24 inches wide x 36 inches tall (14 lbs)
32 inches wide x 48 inches tall (22 lbs)
48 inches wide x 32 inches tall (22 lbs)
50 inches wide x 24 inches tall (18 lbs)
24 inches tall x 50 inches wide (18 lbs)
Lighting: Dimmable or On/Off
You have a choice of an on/off piece or a dimmable unit.
The dimmable units come with one (1) remote control that allow you to change from completely off, to dull, to a bright light. Without the remote, the unit will not work. The remote has a case with two holes in it, so you can put 2 screws in it and mount to your wall if you’d like. If you lose the remote, you can buy a new remote, but you will have to reprogram it.
The on/off pieces don’t require a remote - however, you cannot dim these. These are a great solution for hotels, restaurants, or those who might lose their remotes.
Mounting to Wall
Each piece has two (2) hangers installed on the upper left and right sides of the back of the frame with a metal wire to connect them. You will just need to put up one or two screws on your wall to hold it. Just make sure that your screw(s) can withstand the weight of the piece (25 lb max).
